Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, including the RA number on the package, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
